The villa offers five thoughtfully designed bedrooms across the main house and two private guest cottages, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests with space and privacy for families or larger groups.
Guests benefit from full Royal Westmoreland resort access, golf privileges, and membership at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, with two golf carts included for getting around the estate. Step through the colonial-style entrance and into a grand lobby, the kind of arrival that sets the tone immediately, with a powder room just off to the side and a flexible office space that can convert into an extra bedroom if needed.
Inside, the open-plan living and dining area is bright and inviting, with high ceilings and ceiling fans, flowing easily out to the covered terrace, ideal for alfresco dining or hosting an elegant dinner.
Set amid mature tropical gardens, the poolside terrace is where the days unfold — a large swimming pool, a sun-drenched deck, and beautifully landscaped lawns made for slow afternoons.
A short hallway leads to a ground-floor guest bedroom with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom, opening directly onto the pool deck.
Upstairs, the master suite and a second guest bedroom each open onto their own private balcony, with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, the kind of spot where a morning coffee or an evening sundowner both feel like the right idea.
The two interconnected cottages sit just off the pool deck, each with their own private patio, one looking out over the golf course to the sea, ideal for anyone craving a little distance from the main house.

A Family Villa, Done Properly
I’ve seen plenty of villas with green-to-blue views, the golf course rolling into the Caribbean Sea is a Royal Westmoreland signature. What sets Benjoli Breeze apart for me is everything beneath that view.
It’s genuinely cosy. The flow from living space to terrace to pool happens without thinking, no awkward corners, no rooms that go unused. Families actually end up together here, not scattered across separate wings.
That’s the difference for me. It’s not about scale or spectacle, it’s a villa where everyone can simply be together, comfortably, without trying.

All prices exclude tax. A 10% Barbados government tax and 2.5% service charge will be added to every rental price.
A security deposit of US$1,500 will be required on or before arrival. Price subject to confirmation by property owner.
Summer and Winter Payment terms: For bookings over the Summer and Winter period there is typically a 5 night minimum stay upwards. The deposit payable is 25% of the total rental price and the balance is due before 60 days of the arrival date.
Christmas and New Year Pricing Information: Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period tend to have stricter payment terms and higher room rates than at other times of year. Typically bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay.
