A relaxed eco-villa with mature gardens, a flexible covered patio, and a saltwater pool for easy family stays.
Set within the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate, Happy Trees sits on over an acre of mature gardens with a large saltwater pool at its heart. The villa offers four en-suite bedrooms in their own wing, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests, with a flexible three-bedroom configuration also available for smaller groups.
Thoughtful eco-friendly design runs through every detail, from solar water heating to rainwater-fed irrigation, without ever compromising on comfort or style. Step through the open-plan living and dining area and the villa opens straight onto a large covered patio, its slatted roof adjustable to let the sun in or shut it out completely.
A koi pond and mature trees frame the walkway through the garden, setting a quietly different tone from the more manicured estates nearby.
Located in one wing of the villa, the four air-conditioned bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms are equipped high quality linens, flat screen TVs, Direct TV, Apple TV, Wi-Fi and Hair dryers, all providing a luxurious element to your holiday. The bedrooms look onto the garden and with large glass doors, allow the sunshine in while you relax and enjoy the natural scenery.
A gazebo beside the pool, complete with its own ice maker, gives guests a shaded spot for a sundowner or a quiet afternoon away from the main house.
Lighting and music are controlled by wall switches or one of two iPads, fitted in the kitchen and living room, letting you dim or brighten every corner of the house and garden. Set the mood room by room – something classical for dinner, something livelier out by the pool or on the terrace.
Beach days are easy too – Sandy Lane’s Property Owners’ Beach Facility is yours to use, cabana, loungers and all, just a few minutes away.

The sustainability at Happy Trees is genuinely my favourite thing about it. Solar heating, rainwater collection, LED lighting throughout – it isn’t a marketing line, it’s how the whole villa actually runs.

A security deposit of US$3,000 will be required on or before arrival. Price subject to confirmation by property owner.
Summer and Winter Payment terms: For bookings over the Summer and Winter period there is typically a 5 night minimum stay upwards. The deposit payable is 25% of the total rental price and the balance is due before 60 days of the arrival date.
Christmas and New Year Pricing Information: Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period tend to have stricter payment terms and higher room rates than at other times of year. Typically bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay.
